Returns are not accepted after 30 days. Parts must be in their original packaging and in new, uninstalled condition. The customer is responsible for all freight charges and a 5% restocking fee. Payment must be made by the due date to avoid a 3% monthly penalty.

 

The warranty is void if the invoice is not paid within 60 days, along with all fees related to collection costs. If the core is not returned or paid for, the warranty is void.

 

 

In the case of an unpaid invoice exceeding 60 days, Drivetrain Direct reserves the right to notify the vehicle owner of the warranty void status.
