SERVICE PLANS
PLATINUM
- "BETTER" LEVEL UNIT - Labor up to $90 per labor hour
- "GOOD" LEVEL UNIT - Labor up to $80 per labor hour
PLATINUM PLUS
- "BEST" LEVEL UNIT - Labor up to $130 per hour and up to an additional $300 combined towing and/or car rental on top of the $200 towing and/or car rental covered in the original warranty
- "BETTER" LEVEL UNIT - Labor up to $120 per hour and up to $150 combined towing and/or car rental
- "GOOD" LEVEL UNIT - Labor up to $100 per hour. No towing/rental coverage
No Fault Warranty
- Covers the first three years and first time replacement of any installer / customer / product issue
* Labor will be paid to the repair facility at Identifix Book Time.
* Drivetrain Direct will cover a combined listed amount for towing and rental. The coverage listed is not for each individual expense.
* Some products will not have a upgradable warranty option like performance transmissions and high performance engines. Products used in custom vehicles and heavy commercial vehicles will keep only the standard warranty.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Drivetrain Direct Platinum Service Plan follows the same guidelines and time as our standard warranty of the product purchased. The plan does not extend to any parts not covered under the original warranty.
- This plan does not cover loss of use, inconvenience, or other consequential loss.
- If Drivetrain Direct chooses to replace your unit with another remanufactured unit, the replacement is considered to be a repair of the original unit and does not extend the warranty above or beyond the original date of installation.
