Shipping Terms and Conditions
Shipping Timeframe
Shipping typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on stock availability. If the unit is out of stock, there may be a longer processing time. Please contact us for an exact estimated delivery date (ETA) before placing your order.
- Delivery is to a commercial business address in the lower 48 states.
- Liftgate and inside delivery services are not requested (forklift or manual unloading from the truck is required).
- The delivery location must be accessible by a 53-foot semi-truck.
- Someone must be available to sign for the delivery and at the time of core return.
Residential Delivery
- Residential addresses will incur an additional $250 fee for delivery.
Additional Shipping Fees & Services
- Alaska and Hawaii shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for a shipping estimate.
- International shipping is not available
- Lower 48 states shipping to residential locations is $250.00 round trip.
- Additional freight charges may apply to certain areas, including New York, Long Island, Cape Cod, Florida Keys, and surrounding regions.
Delivery Location Changes
Requests for change in delivery location, straight truck services, or special delivery arrangements will incur extra fees, which the customer is responsible for. Please ensure the delivery address is confirmed before completing your purchase.
Core Return Documentation
If the core is returned without the proper paperwork provided by Drivetrain Direct, the customer will be responsible for any charges imposed by the freight company. These charges are between the customer and the freight company.
Redelivery Charges
The freight company will provide a delivery time window. If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, a redelivery fee will apply. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
Returns
Due to the heavy nature of many products sold by Drivetrain Direct, shipping is expensive. While we charge only a fraction of the actual shipping cost, the customer is responsible for new return shipping fees.
- Return shipping charges can be up to $600 within the lower 48 states. Refunds will be processed after the unit is returned and inspected, minus the applicable return shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 12 days of receiving the returned unit.
- Performance units are not returnable, and all sales are final.
- Installed items are not eligible for return.
